SOMEWHAT underwhelming experience
small roomineffective air conditioning
The staff were not ALL that cute at my arrival. i had some issues with the room i booked. It felt smaller than expected and a LITTLE cramped for my liking. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work as effectively as i wanted IT to. it was difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level.

the room design was stylish with large windows. i found the location amazing (it was next to a metro station).

i found the room i booked quite disappointing the space was minimal and barely allowed enough room to move around with ease i was also surprised to discover a tray with dirty plates left outside my door for an extended period almost a day and a half this impacted my overall impression of cleanliness and attentiveness
