satisfactory experience
helpful staff convenient location poor airflow broken air conditioning
i liked the cleanliness of the room. the staff was also very helpful and kind. the location proved convenient because it was right next to the pasteur metro stop.
the air conditioning didn't work properly. they did bring a fan to my room, which i appreciated. the room felt stuffy due to the poor airflow.

SOMEWHAT underwhelming experience
small room ineffective air conditioning
The staff were not ALL that cute at my arrival. i had some issues with the room i booked. It felt smaller than expected and a LITTLE cramped for my liking. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work as effectively as i wanted IT to. it was difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level.

superior room subway station breakfast option
the superior room balcony had a lovely design. the location was quite convienent because of the subway station. breakfast included many options that were tasty.
the hotel does not inform guests when the rooftop is closed.

stylish design metro station
the room design was stylish with large windows. i found the location amazing (it was next to a metro station).

minimal space dirty plates
the reception staff proved helpful
i found the room i booked quite disappointing the space was minimal and barely allowed enough room to move around with ease i was also surprised to discover a tray with dirty plates left outside my door for an extended period almost a day and a half this impacted my overall impression of cleanliness and attentiveness
